Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing mistake. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item.

Our production process typically takes 3 days, followed by shipping with delivery times ranging from 3 to 9 days. However, under certain conditions, shipping may take up to 20 days.
